“To ask the Manager to repair the broken footpaths outside number 26 as it
is a trip hazard & also outside number 43 as pooling of water takes place
here during heavy rain? When will these works take place?”
Reply:
The footpaths in Avondale Court were surveyed last year. Following completion of
this survey, it is considered that significant funds will be required to carry out
necessary repairs so it will have to be considered for inclusion on a future footpath
Programme.
In the meantime, the area will be maintained in as safe a condition as possible
pending the availability of resources to undertake the necessary repair works.
