Question: Councillor M. Baker:
"To ask the Manager to inspect the wall on Stradbrook Road on the left hand side of the entrance to Stradbrook Lawn. The following areas need attention:there are weeds and plants growing out of the wall which should be removed;some of the mortar is missing and there are patches with loose mortar;some of the capping on the top of the wall needs repair?"
Reply:
Whilst the roads, footpaths and grass margins in Stradbrook Lawn are in charge, the Council does not take in charge walls, consequently any repairs to the walls would be a matter for the owners.
