"o ask the Manager to have the paving in Brookfield Court in the centre area by the statue repaired as the paving slabs are broken, loose and some are missing, the current condition is hazardous for pedestrians? When can this work be carried out?"
Reply:
"he area in question is a paved open space with trees planted at different intervals, the roots of which are causing problems with the paving slabs. The Housing Area Inspector has conducted an inspection of the area and is making arrangements to have the damaged slabs repaired. The Parks Department has assessed the area and will take it in charge from 2007 and maintain it from then on."
