That the Manager would confirm when public access will be reinstated along the blocked right of way on the seaward pathway on the West Pier.
Report:
Public access along the seaward pathway adjacent to the West Pier was blocked a number of years ago on safety grounds. At present there has been no change to the circumstances around this closure and the surface has deteriorated further since this closure. There are no plans at present to reopen the blocked section of seaward pathway.
