Question: Councillor M. Baker:
"To ask the Manager if the owners of the Blackrock Baths can be contacted and requested to clean off the graffiti that is so unsightly?"
Reply:
The owners of Blackrock Baths are Treasury Holdings Ltd. and the Council are leaseholders of this property. Under the terms of the lease the County Council are responsible for the maintenance of the Baths. Arrangements are being made to have the graffiti removed as soon as possible.
