Question: Councillor M. Baker:
"To ask the Manager what arrangements have been put in place to deal with the introduction of pay by weight in January on Seafort Parade, Blackrock. Currently the residents have a bagged refuse collection. Will residents be issued with grey and green bins and if so when? When the pay by weight is in place will residents have to continue to leave their refuse for collection at the Rock Road junction?"
Reply:
"Some residents in Seafort Parade have already requested and received wheeled bins. Delivery of the balance of wheeled bins to all areas is imminent. Parking in this area is problematic and it is recommended that residents leave wheeled bins on Rock Road in order to avail of a regular refuse service."
