"To ask the Manager in relation to Brookfield Place the following questions:
1. Can the 3 ton sign that has been sheared off at the base, that was in place outside (details supplied) be replaced?
2. Can the promised loading bay that is to be installed at the rear of the (details supplied) be put in place?"

This sign will be erected in the next couple of weeks.
(2)
We will investigate the provision of the loading bay on Brookfield Terrace. Traffic Section is not aware of any loading bay being approved for the location. Traffic Section will examine any correspondence provided from the applicant approving such a request.
