To ask the Manager to state the cost of installing a QBC bus lane on Mount Merrion Avenue and on the Rock Road?
Reply:
The cost of the Mount Merrion Avenue QBC Project is €4.935million. This was funded by the DTO with a contribution of €140,000 from DLRCoCo Water and Drainage Section for installation of a section of surface water pipe.
The cost of the Rock Road Infrastructural Scheme is €4,899,452 of which sum the DTO funded €3,080,670, with the remainder being funded by DLRCoCo Water Drainage, Road Maintenance Sections and the ESB for the installation of their respective utilities during the construction of the Scheme.
