Foxrock Court Green

Meeting of DĂșn Laoghaire Area Committee

Written:

25th January 2010

Question: Councillor M. Baker:

To ask the Manager to install some form of barrier around the green on Foxrock Court so as to prevent vehicles from parking on the grass during busy periods in the church?

Reply:

The open space in question was inspected and there was no sign of significant damage to the green. Trees have been planted on the open space along the boundary immediately adjoining the church car park and along the entrance road at Foxrock Court. There is an opportunity to plant additional trees on the grass verge at the entrance to the car park which should restrict/deter access onto the open space. Arrangements will be made to carry out this work and the situation will be monitored.
