Question: Councillor M. Baker:
To ask the Manager to establish the ownership of the laneway behind (details supplied) and the cottages on Grange Terrace, Deansgrange Road as there is a dispute locally about ownership?
Reply:
A request for a report by a Referencer on the ownership of this laneway will be forwarded to the Economic Development and Community Department. When this report is completed, a further report on this issue will be presented to a future meeting of the Transportation & Planning Area Committee
