To ask the Manager to reinstate the broken footpath outside
[address withheld]? When will this work take place?
Reply:
The footpath at this location is damaged and it has been listed for re-construction as soon as resources permit. However, it should be noted that it may be necessary to cut and/or remove the roots of the tree located in the adjacent grass verge to facilitate this work, and this can give rise to concern about it’s future stability. There is a similar issue at an adjoining property and this will also be examined for possible repair at the same time.
