“To ask the Manager when will the large directional traffic signs that used to be on
Newtown Avenue by Tobernea Park be replaced as they are vital for visitors? These signs
blew down in a storm some time ago?”
Reply:
“A new scheme for directional signage on the N31 has been developed by the
National Roads Authority in conjunction with Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown Traffic
Section. A Contractor has been appointed by the NRA and it is expected that works
will soon commence. As this Contract is due to start, it would therefore not be
envisaged to re erect the original sign for a short period.”
