The Council is proposing to improve the pedestrian and cycle facilities on Frascati Road (Blackrock by-pass) and Temple Hill from Mount Merrion Avenue to Newtownpark Avenue.
The proposed scheme is very extensive and will include junction changes, raised cycle lanes, new pedestrian crossings and changes to the existing width of driving lanes.
