To ask the Chief Executive to bring a report on the condition of the public toilets at the Seapoint bathing area, the report should include information on any possible upgraded works and a timeline for any works.
Report:
A condition report of the Seapoint public toilets will need to be developed and the Council will set about undertaking this task. The Council currently undertake any required maintenance work on the public toilets such as deep cleaning, painting etc. Any proposed remedial alterations as part of a condition report will be considered and reviewed in line with budget
allowances.
This motion was passed following a debate and contributions by a number of councillors. I have asked for a headed item on this subject to be brought to a future Area Meeting.
