"To ask the Manager if, during the trial of the pay by weight collection, there was any increase in non recyclable items being placed in the green bin thus causing contamination of the green bin?"
Reply:
There has been no noticeable increase in non-recyclables items in green bins on the trial route for Pay by Weight.
